We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Executive with 1-3
years of experience. This position is ideal for a candidate looking to
contribute to business growth, manage relationships, and expand our customer
base across diverse markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams,
including sales, marketing, and customer support, to implement strategies for
company expansion and client retention.
What you will do
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing markets
and new sectors.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other platforms to generate
qualified leads.
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to qualify and convert
them into customers.
- Track, report, and analyze the business development pipeline, providing
regular updates to the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach strategies,
campaigns, and content.
- Assist in the creation of sales materials, including presentations,
proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Support and attend key industry events and conferences to foster business
relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and
customers.
- Help optimize the sales process by implementing new strategies and tools.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the
B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport with potential clients.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and prospecting tools (e.g.,
HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn).
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential growth areas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.
- Proactive, goal-driven, and willing to take ownership of business
development initiatives.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
- Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Educational Qualification
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred but not required.
